not happy 1 pack good other pack not stored properly and less than half fresh

fast delivery with quality seeds however when i ordered my seeds pick'n'mix stated they would send me a free freebie seed to however when i just received my seeds about an hour ago, i didnt get any freebie seed! why is this ? Im feeling happy my seed arrived but disapointed i didnt get my freebie!

Just one problem, i recently recieved 1 of your seeds and it arrived through my door all wrinkled and old, its obvious this seed hasnt been stored properly or something.
